I was wondering if there is a website where I can delete old tweets and undo retweets?

You can of course delete old tweets manually by logging into Twitter.com - but it depends how many tweets you want to delete.
I recommend you to use hootsuite.com and socialoomph.com instead. The last one even has a clean up function for twitter for both deleting all your old tweets and DM Inbox.
