i know i had to put a question on there twitter page butt its been two weeks and i didn't see mine answered is there a certain thing i have to do after that or do i have to wait another week for it cuz i really want it answered

You just need to spam their twitter page.
There are billion's of ppl every day trying to get their question answered.
So thats the reason why they dont see your tweets.
