Check ur email and after u received the twitter confirmation email click on the link they gave u

Well
Check your e-mail inbox, the e-mail you gave in the twitter while registering. You will have received a confirmation mail. Then click on the link given in that mail. It will automatically redirect you to twitter and id will be confirmed.
