My mom is watching this show on Bravo and some tweets featured on the show have hash tags saying RHOMG?

Looks like the show was having a countdown of the top 20 Real Housewives reunion moments and RHOMG stands for Real Housewives Oh My God moments. It's either that or it's just some thing on Twitter that Real Housewives fans do after their comments about the show like "The Real Housewives of Orange County is my favorite show" RHOMG. That way it would just be Real Housewives Oh My God
