I tend to download a lot of apps...and be on twitter a lot ...i rarely go on youtube on a phone b/c i have my computer for that. So is 1GB enough for downloading lots of apps and going on twitter?

I do the same thing and 2 GB are almost not enough for me

I'd give it a go for a month before you go into any long term contracts but I'd say it would be enough. Also obviously depends on how many hours a day your spend on it.

1 GB not enough if you used internet everyday 2 hours. 1 GB is enough only for checking mails and surfing Facebook. Go for unlimited data EE in the UK is best.

It would be enough. Try to find a low bytes applications and get rid of app that you never used. It would help.
