I heard that A3 Sports in Liphook (that sells Bohunt and Mill Chase Uniform) has changed it's name to The Liphook Sports Company, is this true? And do they have a website/Facebook/Twitter?

Yes it is true, from around October 2012 A3 Sports began the process of changing their name, they are now The Liphook Sports Company (a better name I think)
They do have a website, it is http://www.liphooksportscompany.co.uk and they are on Facebook as The Liphook Sports Company too. I think their Twitter is still under their old name @A3sportsuk
They are still in the same place in the centre of Liphook and still supply Bohunt, Liphook Juniors, Mill Chase and Rogate school uniform.
