everytime i go onto the phone book, profiles from facebook appear and i want to delete these!

If I have got what you are talking about correct then download history eraser from the market for free. It will delete your tests calls etc too but you can unchecked the boxes and it might delete the fb updates but then again it might not I'm not 100% sure
