who arent my friend see what i replied to my friend on his page? (sorry, kind of confusing.)
just wondering how "private" my tweets will be; like if just what i tweet/retweet on my page is hidden, or if replys on other peoples' pages are hidden to the public.

When your account is set to private only people who are following you will be able to see your tweets.
if you mention someone on your tweet and they are not following you, they won't be able to see the Tweet.
i am not sure if i answered your question fully.
