Boston University, my dream school followed me on twitter. I just wonder what this means. I didn't mention them on twitter or anything. Is it possible that they received my application and decided to follow me to find out more about me? They only follow 8,000 people. This is a good thing right?

Well they are checking your account for any character flaws you might have and is not necessarily a good thing. As long as you have not posted any controversial pictures or tweets you should be ok. If you have any photos with alcohol present or any other undesired behavior you should be ok. If anything at all is even boarder line take it down ASAP. You are definitely being considered by be careful with Twitter.
