Noe, I could see.
NHS has not posed any problems in UK society.
US is more poised by roping in insurance companies. Any inflationary effects would be cancelled out by psychology.....people who do not want to pay a single dollar more tax are happy to pay hundred dollar more premium ( without knowing what cause it serves actually).
availability of services is burden of those companies and in the well-developed free market capitalism, they will bear it well.
A minor issue is about those who cannot afford - but USA with mind on social welfare like most of Europe , need not worry . Some people believe in charity with sneer rather than with smile . No offence intended, Aids are right by constitution not by humanistic brotherhood..
