I can't seem to upload a photo of myself, I guess they are all to big. They are in JPEG format, could that be the problem? could someone tell me how to change the size or format of the picture on my computer please? The smallest one I have is 1.11 mbs. and i don't even know what that means.

The biggest size for a picture on Twitter is like, 800 kilobytes or something. You can change a photo size using Photoshop or other image editors.
