I've been looking for the app that puts words over pictures to where the picture is kind of blury but the words are see through and clear...I can't find it! Please help!

You can do this in Word! Make a text box, put the text in it, right click on the border of the text box and select Format Shape and adjust transparency to 100%. Drag the text box over the picture. You can also remove the border on the text box- Line Color, No Line.
