T-Mobile $50.00 monthly Pre-Paid doesn't require any contract and you can stop the service at anytime without any penalty.
NOBODY has anything to compete with T-Mobile! And now that the Law has blocked the merger with ATT, they are a great choice!

if you do not use your phone to make many calls and just use the internet and text then you can get pretty cheap plans from virgin mobile for about $35 for unlimited text and web with about 300 minutes per month... there are plenty of android handsets to choose from ..
