Both are a hassle.....instagram wants to invade your privacy anyway. Most of them do.

Twitter - Is basically a social media where you can express your feelings, how you are, what you're going through etc. You can post pictures as well, and sometimes gif's.
Instagram - Another social media but it focuses hard on photos, it's like a facebook but with less words and more pictures.

Instagram, because we can follow people by viewing their pictures directly, which is more fun.
