I love to draw manga anime cartoons etc i love deviant art but does anybody know any good art websites like that which gives lots of tutorials pictures etc please list as many as possible please answer

3.Facebook/Twitter(there are many anime artists there....starting through social sites first is a good option...you can get tons of help there)
4.Mark Crielly on YouTube is a professional anime artist.....there are many tutorials.
5.Why not try learning human anatomy? There is no such difference between human and anime in this case.....if that is the problem.

you could try tumblr and follow some art blogs. They're very good. Also, follow specific artists and you can ask them questions. Most are really, really nice and more than happy to help. You'll also get lots of ideas and what not.
