Hey Guys. I just wanto know if I can get people to follow me on twitter or can I reply to them in away to get them to follow me. And I wanna know if the people who aren't following me, but Iam following them see my tweets?

Try and tweet quite a lot, and comment on photos. I did this and got a few more followers, also if you follow people sometimes they will follow you back
