I creating my new restaurant website Facebook fan page, however this page no Facebook Like Button add, so Facebook like very low, Likewise Is want to get more Likes and Traffic this FB Fan Page, for the purpose of this way explain. I wait for all expert best answer

There's an app in FB called sweepstakes and a lot of restaurants/businesses do giveaways for gift cards samples and things like that with the requirement that they like your page and share the link to your page.

Social media promotion can be hard, especially when developing a new facebook page.
You need to find people interested in your niche so maybe try adding a lot of people as friends that are located in the areas your restaurant is.
But first of all you need to have a pretty popular looking facebook page. Try websites like http://youpluslike.com/ where you can gain facebook likes (among others) pretty damn fast. People liking your stuff won't be in your area but who cares since all it matters is to up you likes number at the moment.
