"Thanks for your follow friday, i don't update too much my twitter account though."
is it correct?

I would do it like this:
"Thanks for your Follow Friday, I don't update my Twitter account too much, though."

"Thank you for your Follow Friday, I don't update too much, so my Twitter account, though."

"for your fallow up last friday, although I don't update my twitter account much now."
Sorry I am a bit conffused as to what you mean by follow friday?

"Thanks for your follow on Friday, though I don't update my Twitter very often"

i'd say "Thanks for the follow on Friday, I don't usually update my twitter much"

if you put don't after usually it means something totally different just saying make it simple
