I assume you are talking about your YouTube history (the videos you have watched) on your Google account. Follow these steps:
1. Click on the arrow pointing downwards next to your account name/username on the top right.
2. Click on "Settings"
3. Go to the "Video Manager" tab.
4. Choose "History" from the options present on the left hand side.
5. Click on "Clear All Viewing History". It will ask you again to confirm the deletion of history, click on the new "Clear All Viewing History" option that appears within the confirmation command box.
