I want to start one of those popular twitter accounts that have tons of followers. They usually post quotes or lyrics and the person behind the account is usually anonymous I think. Any tips?

You're going to have to gain a following and be able to track what is happening. Therefore I would recommend some type of program to help you with this, one such program is Manage Flitter. Here's the reference for it http://manageflitter.com/try/gnrTzzsf It does analytics and tells you who to follow. It costs $12 to get pro but I got 1,000 followers in a few weeks using it. As for what type of account to make, make something humorous, people love those, here's mine, @TheDailyFunny1
