I suggest you for Android phone. In India, more android phone are available in a lot of brand and quality.

windows is good for its operation system I have an android phone and there is always lots of adverts on the phone its really annoying but when I got my windows phone I thought it was a lot better operating system than android but that's my opinion and I suppose it depends on the phone as well.
