I've made a Twitter account and I want to basically get lots of followers. The username is @Giggles_Poops which, obviously, is an account made with the intention of people laughing.
How Can I start?
How can I get lots of followers?
How can I get lots of retweets?
What do Favouriting do?
How can I make my tweets interesting?

twitter is not just about getting lots of followers. retweets are more likely if you have more followers to get these followers you could just follow people who say "follow me and i will follow back".

You could actually try social exchange services!
One of them is socialboost.webgurubb.com
You just have to sign up there and add your twitter profile. And then follow other twitters over there.
Each time when you follow other people's twitter profiles you get one or 2 points. Like this if you follow 100 profile you will have 200 points. Now assign these points to your twitter profile and other people will follow your profile for getting these points.
If you use it wisely you will get lots of fans easily! It sounds complicated, but its actually very easy and the best way to get lots of follows or likes!

I use TheSocialShop, they give you followers for free and you get 2500 free for registering. They also give you an extra 500 every time you refer someone.

Start by following a bunch of people. The ones who write "team follow back" will guarantee you a follow. If you want a bunch of retweets, you have to make your tweets interesting. Don't constantly post what you're doing, what you did that day or things that are just irrelevant. People find that to be boring. You have to make it relateable to other people. Favoriting tweets is just a way to save a tweet that you like. Be original!
