Like how do I notify, facebook, twitter and others like this?
And how would I tell my bank?

Via facebook, and twitter, you can just change your email by yourself. They'll know that you changed it. With your bank, you'd have to call them and inform the changes you made.

On most sites, there's a " My Account" type link on the top ..either left or right
Once you get into that, you can change things.
Facebooks is on the upper right corner
