You should try nimbuzz for making friends.
So you have to download nimbuzz aplication.
Go to getjar.com and write in seach box nimbuzz and then click download
Now install it and make an id by clicking create account click on chat then hit option button then search chat room then enter place name i.e pakisitan,england,select one room and enjoy
