so i go onto twitter , then settings , then add a picture browse then choose the one i want from my album press open and it does nothing , somebody said to clear my cache but i don'tt even know what that means ?? please help i really need a picture but keepthe answers simple please x

That happened to me before. Just delete your previous picture then click add pic and pick the pic u want. The image won't appear immediately, so go to the save button. I'm not on twitter but it worked on yahoo!
