My PC updated a couple days ago and ever since Google chrome won't connect to Facebook or twitter. I cleared cookies, browsing history, cache, and all of that and it still won't work.

The problem isn't Chrome. I am having no trouble with the latest version of Chrome with Facebook, Twitter, G+, or anything else, and I run Chrome on Mac, Windows, and Linux. You have not given any details, so it's impossible to know what your problem is.
