Well if you're legitimately uploading then click Add Photos/Video above the status box and then find it in your files. If you're just wanting to post/embed a video copy the url and paste it into the box.

1. Share it. There are several sharing options for Facebook, Twitter, G+, and your own website. To share it on Facebook, do the following:

>> Click the Share button located under the left corner of the video.

>> The area below Share will expand with more options. Click on the Facebook icon.

>> Click the Facebook “f” icon in the sharing options pane that appears.

>> Log in to Facebook. If you're not already logged into Facebook, enter your email and password associated with your Facebook account.

>> Choose how to display the video. Select which aspects of your Facebook account you want to share the video with using the drop down menu. For example, you can select to post it to a friend’s wall, your own wall, in a group, or a in a private message.

>> If you select any option other than “On your own Wall”, you will be prompted to enter the name of the friend or group you want to share the video with.

>> Enter a message to post with the video. (Optional)

>> Click the Share link button to automatically post the video and complete the process.

2. Check to verify. Open Facebook, and check to see if your video has been posted as desired.

To Manually post a video ::

1. Click on the Share button below the video. The area below that will expand, with more options.

2. Adjust your settings as needed. You can set the video to start at any point, adjust how the URL looks, and in some cases, choose to show a link to the HD version.

3. Log onto your Facebook account.

>> Paste the video's link in your Status field, where it says "What's on your mind?" Do this by pressing Ctrl-V on a PC, or Command-V on a Mac.

>> Optionally enter a message in the text box and click the Post button to embed the video on your wall. If you want to post to a friend’s wall, navigate to their Facebook profile and follow the same instructions.

Select and COPY (CTRL+C key) the URL (http://www.youtube.com/xxxxxxxxx) of the video on YouTube you want to share, and PASTE it (CRTL+V key) into your Facebook "status bar". on the top of the page. That's the only way I know how video sharing works.
