The only famous people following me on Twitter are Justin Bieber, Robert Croak, Cody Simpson, and Coca Cola. How do I get celebs to follow me on Twitter?

just keep tweeting them, and keep bugging them
simply ASK them to follow you

Why would you want someone to "follow" you in the first place?
Follow is just a nice way of saying track/monitor. Why do you think they're installing video cameras in public washrooms??? The corporations can create the term "follow me on twitter", then get the public to be comfortable enough with having their privacy invaded, until it eventually becomes mandatory.

Well i dont think celebs follow they r to be followed..to kknow what theyre doing..andd they post things so theyre fans can know what theyre up to...but if you want them just ask them and tell them if they can please follow you!
