Id only really use it for facebook/ twitter etc.
BlackBerry Curve smartphone 8900
Sony Ericsson C905
Sony Ericsson K770i
If you could order them in how good they are for internet access, that would be so helpful!

You already have them in order. LOL. I would go with the Blackberry Curve 8900 because the wifi on it is great! It also has a QWERTY keyboard and looks a lot nicer then those Sony Ericsson's. It might be pricier, but it's a Blackberry! It doesn't have 3G, but it's fast enough for Facebook and Twitter. Also the screen is pretty large and when your online you don't want a small screen trust me.

I am a sony ericsson fan but, sadly sony ericsson is not very good in internet, use that blackberry.
