On my twitter account, I set my tweets as private. So I was just wonder if I tweet at someone who is not following me back, will they see the tweet? ( I'm new on twitter )

Nope they Wont See the Tweet Because its Protected Only People Who you Have Added on Twitter Can See your Tweets

No they can't, because you set your tweets as private, they can't see it. Ana xx
