Google or Yahoo to set up an account so I can have a Facebook page? - diuadkha h - 01-16-2013 10:09 PM

Should I set up an account with Google or Yahoo so I can have a Facebook and Twitter page?

In general, any mail server can be used to start accounts in Twitter and Facebook. But from my experience. I will say that you should go with Google. The reasons are listed below:
1. You can easily setup YouTube, blogger and all Google related accounts without being hassled for registration details.
2. Google account is compulsory when using an android phone. At-least for easy internet use. Example: Google play, Syncing contacts etc are made possible through a Google account.
3. Google mail is organised perfectly. And a lot more features.

So, my choice for you would be Google. (If the choice was between Yahoo and Google)

But if you already have emails associated with both these servers then choose the email id that is not frequently used by you. Because you'll be flooded with emails from Facebook and Twitter in whichever email that you are registering with.
