I've created a Facebook account. Now I want to know is there any chances or way to posting on Twitter automatically what I post on my Facebook wall?

Well on that site twitter is like a app but go on twitter and log in and click on con-net to facebook.

There is a way to link your accounts. But I believe you must have your Tweets go direct to your Facebook page, not the other way around.
Look in your Twitter posting options, it should be there.
