Both tumblr and twitter shows with white background and Times New Roman text instead of the proper layout, and images don't show. I dunno what's wrong, I've tried used different browsers etc. They didn't work on my old school computer, and they don't work on my new computer.

try to clear your browser cache and cookies and history.

which is ur browser, uninstall and reinstall ur browser. look that is there any ads blocking programs run, enable java script on ur browser. site may show white background if the page is not loaded completely, checks ur internet connection also.
