This is an emogi.
If you using android or PC or a mobile browser, you can't see.
How to see it ?
1) Use an iphone or ipad or ipod (ios support emogi)
2) If you using android, root your phone & then replace your system font with updated font. Alternatively install emogi updater from play store.
