By default, your questions and answers do not show up in Facebook or Twitter. You can however do so, by linking your facebook/twitter account to Yahoo and then putting a check mark on the option provided near the bottom when you post an answer or a question, that says "Also share this as an update to:" with logos of yahoo facebook and twitter.
