Yes. So's your credit card, debit card, internet account, home phone, taxes....
And then there are all of the unintentional tracking methods - phone directories, news letters, cc: lines on emails, newspaper articles, online resumes, political campaign contribution, charitable contributions, FaceBook photos, family trees,....
It doesn't take much to find a person and find out lots of things about them.
