I always see people on twitter saying stuff like "send me numbers and i'll rate your account" i know send me numbers means they'll look at the number off a list of questions, but how does the person tweeting them the number know what the list says? i've always been curious as to how this works

So this is the way i think it works. You ask people to send you numbers and whatever number they send you, you write a post starting with that number and you send a message too them.It's like a little code because the only person that knows who your talking to is the person that sent you the number and you.
