Hi how can i stop my followers and people i follow their tweets on my main page as it floods with their tweets.

If you don't want to see normal tweets from people you follow - don't follow them.
If you don't want to see @replies from people - block them.

Well, you can COMPLETELY stop their tweets by unfollowing them but you can MOSTLY stop tweets by this way: Visit the person's timeline via PC whose tweets you want to stop, click the dropdown icon and click 'Block Retweets'. This will stop all their retweets (not tweets) and ur homepage will not be flooded. Good luck.
