We Justin Bieber fans in Puerto Rico want a concert.But a girl told me that Justin Bieber is having a concert in Puerto Rico ,so I looked in the internet but did not find anything. Just a girl at twitter said that Justin Bieber is having a concert in February 18 2013.But do not think because she is the only one who says that in the internet.

It looks like Justin Bieber will be in Dublin that day for a concert not Puerto Rico .....And it doesn't look like he will go to Puerto Rico this year... Sorry :/
