Get off the computer and go outside.

Think. Dream. Get up and do something. Go hiking. Paint. Imagine. Run. Live. Get off the computer. Look outside. Play an instrument. Bake a cake. Write a book. Move to the city. Plant flowers. Yoga. Talk to people. Make friends. Shop. Start a compost pile. Volunteer. Be you.
That should make up for lots of those empty hours.
Live a life free of facebook, twitter, etc.
EXPRESS YOURSELF! Make music. Sing, Dance, Laugh. It's easy to get lost in the crowd. Find yourself.
