I have blog, facebook, twitter, youtube, bebo, Deviantart, the basics, but what are some other websites to promote my work? Either blog about things or upload it and whatnots.

Try http://www.symbyoz.com it's a site that helps you capture ideas you need to remember and share to get feedback and contributions to make things happen. You can put up your artwork there, broadcast to your social network and to the Symbyoz community to get reviews.
