People always say that they can see who is watching them on fb and twitter with an app. What is it?

At one time about a year ago there was. But people got really pissed off about it, lawsuits broke out that these softwares were a violation against The preimposed Facebook and Twitter privacy policies. So currently you cannot download or purchase these services. Maybe in the mere future, when people get the sticks out of their asses.

it's not possible - there are a lot of fake scams trying to convince you it's possible, and some people believe the scams, but in fact there is no such thing
