Record your music, get as many people you know to help spread the word, get a facebook page,
Do what most bands do when they start off small...support others!
Theres a local band near me called Take Action, they support unsigned artists all the time and they are starting to build a fanbase.
You need posters, facebook, twitter, tumblr, all the things you can think of! Just keep trying,
