If I were to open a bar, my target customers are university students and young professionals, what business should I use to attract them?

If you have to ask that question, you aren't anywhere near ready open that kind of business.
Start by looking at similar businesses catering to similar universities, and see what they're doing.
Then compare several of them, and start to analyze the similarities and differences.
This will give you a starting place.

You can use print-media or social media to attract University Students. Start your Page on Facebook and open your account on twitter with the name of your business. Also try Pinterest if you can make some kinds of graphics. For print media, try Door Hangers, Custom Stickers, Brochures and business cards.
