I want to be able to send and receive text messages to and from facebook. So I send F to 32662 (FBOOK) & wait for my confirmation code. I wait, and wait, and wait. But the confirmation code never comes. What should I do? I really want to be able to have this ability on my phone.

First you need iTunes on your computer. Then you download the Facebook app. You synch your phone with itunes and then you will be able to access facebook using your phone. You login the same way you would on-line. Put in your username and pw and you are good to go.

U DON'T NEED AN IPHONE!!!!!!!! just do to account settings> Mobile (4th one across)> Register for facebook text messages and do what it says... but if you want an app, u STILL DON'T NEED AN IPHONE (or you could, but u don't need to, there wayyyyyyyyyy to expensive!) because you can get it on the android market! yay!!!!!! free facebook on app store or android market!!! (im not quite sure if its free on the app store...) the android phones include: http://www.andro-phones.com/2010-android-phones.php in all the yrs from 2008 to 2010
