I want to unsync my twitter and my facebook fan pages. I've looked in my setting for the twitter app but there is not an option for twitter? I've been trying for a while and just can't seem to figure it out. Could anyone give me detailed instructions on how to do this please.

There is a application in facebook known as facebook freezer.
Using that you un-sync you fan page in facebook.
