I know it won't be long till he comes back to SuJu, and I know he deleted his twitter account long ago....but I was wondering if there are any sites that have constant updates on him.

although allKpop and soompi are good tools, the members and the ELF will be the first to share news of course, so just add them on Twitter or facebook.
