Some people in yahoo answers said that i will get my followers back, and some people said i won't get it back! i'm so confused... can someone please tell me the truth? ... i had more than 1.3k followers..

I don't think that you will get your followers back as already many twitter user have lost their followers for just deactivating the twitter account. I think it is permanent and you lost all the followers for ever.
