On Twitter, I follow about 300 people. I want to only see about 150 followers on my feed. How do I still follow them without seeing their tweets?

There is no way that I know to limit the people who appear on your Twitter Feed as you can do with Facebook. I think as long as they are friends, you will see their tweets in your Feed.

Tweet regularly. Use good profile picture. Use good twitter background.

There is not a possible way to do that. The only way that you won't be able to see their tweets is to unfollow them.
