My sister wants new Twitter followers as a late birthday present. Is it a reliable site (I would specifically want people who've bought from there let me know)? I've attempted to purchase the followers, but it asks for my credit card number for payment (like all other sites do, I'm aware, but I need to make sure it's fine). Thank you!

Don't do it. The site opened Sept 20, 2012. 90 days ago. Too new to trust them with your credit card. They might turn out to be legitimate but they hide their ownership on the registration page and that is never good news.
On some of these "follower" websites, you get lots of followers for your sister but few of them are human beings. Most are bots.
